Looking for Best builder in Hyderabad:

Hey everyone,

I’m fairly new to real estate and currently based outside Hyderabad, but I’ve been planning to move back and settle down there with my family. I’ve started seriously looking at buying a luxury apartment, ideally something that’s under construction, since the prices are a bit more manageable in that phase. The current hyderabad market is so over whelming what I’m really trying to figure out is which builder will be best to invest. Any suggestions, bad experiences will be appreciated.

what I’m really trying to figure out is which builders actually live up to what they promise, deliver on time, without compromising on quality, and aren’t sneaky about adding extra charges at the last minute.


Just for context, my budget is around 2 to 3 crores. I’m mainly looking in the western part of the city. I’d prefer a gated community with some green space and good amenities, and I’m okay with possession happening in the next 2 to 3 years.


Would really appreciate any insights - good or bad. 'Not looking for sales pitches'

Is it a good choice to go for a resale flat if i am getting it at lower price(its a great deal overall), but there are a lot of talks especially in hyerabad that 2 sale is extremely tough in hyderaabad I don't plan on staying for long in hyderabad.

If you are staying for 1or 2 years better go for rented apartments, I support resale flats but in long term their sale is tough if we look in theory and I don't see a point in spending a huge amount at somewhere you don't plan to stay. And if you are looking for investment best is live in rent and inves tin some underconstruction project

Go with My Home or Prestige, they match you budget. They’ve been around for years and have a strong reputation in Hyderabad. I know people who got handover on time from both.

Second this. Bought in Prestige High Fields back in 2019. Impressed with their responsiveness, build quality is great

Build quality of prestige is OK-OK i won't say great, I find them highly overpriced. There are much builders compared to them.

In which locality are you looking exactly and what is the purpose of buying all these factors affect it their is no term like best builders instead go for good projects. If you are looking for investment go for either Neopolis, Financial District, Tellapur or Kokapet . In Neopolis I suggest go for Rajapushpa latest projects, Financial district go for ASBL(great personal experience with both of them) else Aparna is great

Prestige has too many projects going on simultaneously. That’s why quality control varies. Gachibowli ones are managed better. But in Rajendra Nagar or Kompally side, they outsource a lot to third parties. This is no justification I just personally feel this
